Based - Solihull, Birmingham

Due to continued rapid growth and success here in the UK; they now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join their Commercial Team. This role can be based at Devizes, Wiltshire or their Head Offices in Solihull, West Midlands.

As a key role for the business the Commercial Manager will :-

Head up the Commercial Team providing lead on complex Fleet Management business decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Liaise and support with Senior Management at Directorate level to review, recommend and present solutions with financial justifications.

Manage and lead to maximise efficiency of the Commercial Team within agreed KPI’s and response times.

Develop Pricing Policies and support development projects.

Work with Senior Management to review and propose operational metrics.

Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures.

Manage the team to ensure accurate and reliable pricing output.

Coordinate internal approvals and Finance Approver for all Fleet management Packages.

Control the Finance process and turnaround times.

Deliver consistently high quality and commercially viable bespoke solutions.


Chartered Member or equivalent preferred and/or Degree Educated in Finance/ Accountancy related professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA or similar).

Minimum least 3- 5 years commercial management experience and proven work related ability.

Experience in Vehicle Management/Transposition/ Fleet Management/Automotive would be a distant advantage .

Highly effective communicator coupled with experience of managing customer and supplier relationships whilst managing a Commercial Team.

Possess strong communication, numerical and interpersonal skills to confidently negotiate, influence and present findings to Senior and Directorate level.
