Purchase Ledger Clerk
Immediate start available - Highly experienced Purchase Ledger clerk required for our client based in Central Derby. Initially to cover for a period 4 - 8 weeks you will under take all elements of the Purchase Ledger process including:
- Accurate & timely processing of all purchase invoices, ensuring relevent information is matched and coded for payment
- Supplier queries, email and phone
- Preparation of the weekly payment run
- maintenance of the supplier query log
- reconciliation of supplier accounts
