Immediate start available - Highly experienced Purchase Ledger clerk required for our client based in Central Derby. Initially to cover for a period 4 - 8 weeks you will under take all elements of the Purchase Ledger process including:

  • Accurate & timely processing of all purchase invoices, ensuring relevent information is matched and coded for payment
  • Supplier queries, email and phone
  • Preparation of the weekly payment run
  • maintenance of the supplier query log
  • reconciliation of supplier accounts
