Search Consultancy is currently working on behalf of one of our top legal clients looking for a Legal Secretary with exceptional knowledge within the Family sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary who is looking to make a career and obtain new knowledge and skills working for our client who focuses on finding better ways of delivering legal services.

The main duties of the Legal Secretary are to support the Family department with the day to day delivery of service to clients. Other duties involved are as follows;

* Supporting new client inceptions
* Screening and fielding calls
* Setting up client meetings
* Uploading client documentation
* Checking and distributing client documentation
* Closing and archiving of documentation upon closure of cases

If you have great customer service skills, accurate typing speeds of 60+ words per minute, excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and have a positive approach to daily tasks then why not apply for this fantastic opportunity today.
