Hours / Shift PatternMonday – Friday 40 hours per week


You will be joining a professional finance team reporting into the Management Accountant. You will be working in a fast paced environment but provided with all the tools, support and training to do a great job, with responsibilities to include:

  • Goods receipting of Purchase invoices
  • Matching & batching of Purchase invoices
  • Ensuring all invoices are appropriately authorised
  • Checking and reconciling supplier statements
  • Query resolution
  • To assist team members during busy periods
  • Any other ad hoc duties such as filing and photocopying as requested by your line manager
  • General finance administration

Requirements for the Role:

To be successful in this role you will ideally have purchase ledger experience with the ability to take on the roles confidently and independently, using your own initiative to ensure you assist in the smooth day to day running of the accounts payable department.
