We are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work a full-time, permanent position based in Stroud.

Your role will involve:

  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Processing invoices
  • Resolving accounting queries
  • Running payments
  • Running BACS/Cheque payments
To be successful in your application, you will need the following:

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role
  • You be well dealing with transactional processing, checking and processing invoices
  • Dealing with enquiries and liaising with customers ensuring payments are on time
  • Have excellent communications skills
  • Be IT literate
  • Accuracy to detail
