A Marketing Administrator is required to work within a creative marketing organisation.

This role will provide the opportunity for someone to work within a new team which is rapidly growing within a dynamic environment.

The Marketing Administrator will be responsible managing the digital asset management system within the Brand Centre. This role will maintain the structure, effectiveness and integrity of all assets stored within the system, ensuring the application and adherence to strict disciplines to guarantee that the assets are uploaded in accordance with published business rules.

The Marketing Administrator will also interact with all users of the system including clients/ marketers, creative agencies and manufacturers. The role also requires training users, acting as a trouble shooter and providing guidance on the usage of the system, including delivering monthly management information for the system.

Candidates will have carried out similar project data support roles within a marketing environment and be looking to develop their career further within this area.

You will be an inquisitive and an engaging communicator who is technically savvy and comfortable managing large data sets within a fast paced environment.

Candidates will have a strong customer focus in addition to the ability to look at process improvements to ensure optimum delivery of this business function.
