Evolve Care Group Ltd is a rapidly expanding, award winning business that deals in property, healthcare and investments. The company has a Central Support office in Shirehampton, Bristol as well as in Central London.

Due to expansion, our Central Support office is looking for an outgoing and organised Marketing Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to effectively market the outstanding services and options we offer across the South West and Wales.

This role will be highly varied and will see you involved in a range of duties.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will be confident, have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to think creatively. They should also have previous administrative experience in marketing, event management or public relations related roles; although this is not necessary for someone who can demonstrate flair and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop as they participate and actively contribute to the growth of an entrepreneurial company that is ambitious in its outlook, caring in its approach and appreciative of its workforce.

The ideal candidate should have a full driving license and access to a car.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

·Creating press releases for local and national press

·Producing flyers, hand-outs and brochures

·Creating online content including managing our social media presence

·Face to face contact with professionals and private organisations

·Liaising with care homes Event planning

Skills Required:

·Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task and cope with a busy and varied workload

·Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

·Excellent IT skills – Excel and Word

·Keen eye for detail

·Excellent writing and communication skills

·Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team

·Confident and creative approach and ability to come up with new ideas and spot new opportunities

·Excellent telephone manner
