Purchase Ledger Clerk / Manchester / Salary £18K - £22K / Permanent

Purchase Ledger Clerk required to work for a rapidly expanding, well established fashion brand.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
* Processing invoices (200 per week)
* Prepare payment runs
* Process payment runs using bank transfers
* Contact suppliers when necessary to request credit notes / price issues
* Deal with supplier complaints / requests for payment efficiently
* Supplier Statement reconciliations
* Support all departments with queries
* Build good work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Person Specification
* Minimum 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to use own initiative
* Ability to work cross-functionally
* Team Player
* Keep confidentiality
* Attention to detail
* Highly numerate
* Communicate at all levels, to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* IT Literate (MS Office/Navision)
* Be highly organised and able to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
