Health Assured is one of the leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Occupational Health (OH) providers in the UK dealing with many of the UK’s leading organisations across private, public and non-profit sectors. This is a varied Graduate Marketing role with responsibility to support the development and delivery of communications planning, campaign and content management for clients and service users to support acquisition and business development of Health Assured’s services.

Daily duties involve; reviewing existing documentation, management of online feedback, developing monthly wellbeing webinars and liaising with resellers and key partners to develop effective launch strategies. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the role is suited to someone with at least two years marketing experience through previous employment and/or university experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
  • Creation and management of annual marketing calendars, wellbeing newsletters, webinars and communications plans, including ownership of contact and content strategy for all pre-launch communications for clients.
  • Ensuring alignment with new business campaigns, bids and product messaging to develop new and creative solutions, supporting the sale of employee assistance programmes and wellbeing services.
  • Conducting research to understand prospect audience and behaviours, market and competitors to identify and prioritise segments and sectors and shape messaging and materials accordingly.
  • Sourcing and evaluating opportunities for media and content partnerships to build brand, distribute content and leverage for acquisition.
  • Liaising with designers and digital marketers to create content for social media, videographics and infographics.
  • Regular sales marketing support including presentations, management information and marketing materials.
  • Working with internal teams to implement email, direct mail, SEO and PPC campaigns.

Key skills and competencies required:
  • Marketing Degree with an achievement of at least a 2:1
  • Microsoft Office and software experience including Excel, Word and Powerpoint at minimum.
  • Demonstrate technical marketing expertise, including experience of developing marketing strategy and planning, marketing communications, campaign management and content creation across a range of channels (digital, print, email, social media and other sales collateral).
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
  • Organisational and project management skills, ability to multi-task, meet varying deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
