SF Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a business on a temporary to permanent basis. This is for a fantastic business based in Sutton in Ashfield, my client is looking for someone to cover maternity leave for 6 months with the potential to go permanent.
Key responsibilities will include checking customer's credit ratings with banks, negotiating re-payment plans, keeping in close contact with clients and customers to ensure all invoices are clear for payment, resolving any outstanding invoices, and posting daily receipts on a bespoke accounting system.
My client is looking for experienced and confident candidates who have good customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. The successful candidate will need to be able to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to work on your own initiative as well as work part of a team.
