Do you love all things digital? Are you looking to develop your career in digital marketing and help carry out digital marketing for a dynamic agency, operating across multiple platforms? If so, then they may just have the perfect role for you.

This Full-service marketing agency has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their busy marketing team working on a wide range of clients and digital activity.

You will be primarily responsible for overseeing social, affiliate and email marketing channels while assisting with on and off page ranking factors across a portfolio of E-commerce websites. You will also be involved in the day-to-day running of their portfolio of PPC campaigns. The role involves daily client liaison and involvement with in-house development and design teams - previous experience is essential for the role.

Main responsibilities

- Ongoing competitor research via online channels
- Visual content creation: web banners; blog images; product images; email graphics; video editing for social media and general website purposes.
- Email marketing: overseeing clients' email strategies from brief to HTML responsive design creation to A/B testing and reporting.
- Content research: locating relevant and timely articles and news stories for repurposing. Occasional article creation for clients' blogs.
- Social media: creation of new accounts, monitoring, scanning and responding on behalf of the client; posting and scheduling posts; promotions and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ecommerce reporting: ongoing monitoring of channel activity with comparison against target. Assisting with weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, precise reporting for clients (keyword positions; traffic profiles; attribution modelling; customer journey and review processes).
- Affiliate marketing: weekly monitoring of clients' affiliate channels - confirming orders and ensuring only valid referrals are authorised.

Essential experience

- Office 365 applications; Photoshop; Premiere Pro; Mailchimp; Google Analytics; WordPress; Content Management Systems; eBay; Amazon (Seller Central);
- A good understanding of ecommerce principals and applications.
- A genuine desire to keep abreast of latest ecommerce developments at home (UK) and internationally.

Desirable

Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio; Google AdWords; Google Webmaster Tools; Google Business Listings; Google Shopping; SEM Rush

Basic to intermediate level of HTML knowledge

Understanding and appreciation for SEO fundamentals

You'll need a positive attitude, plenty of enthusiasm, a sharp eye for detail, great organisational skills and above all - a sunny disposition.
