Category Officer required for a public sector organisation in North West London, immediate start available.

A leading public sector organisation who have recently gone through a large procurement transformation are looking to recruit a Category Officer to join the team.
Your new role
In your new role as Category Officer you will be responsible for running complaint OJEU tenders from conception through to successful delivery, engaging and influencing your key stakeholders across the organisation and promoting the benefits that strategic procurement can offer.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a good public sector procurement background and have led or supported a compliant OJEU process. You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to influence challenging stakeholders. MCIPS is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying between £35,000 - £40,000 with package.
