The Role

We are looking for a Part-qualified Management Accountant to support the Financial Controller in our growing business. We are looking for a hands-on studlier with excellent excel skills, who thrives on change and multi-tasking, and who isn't t afraid to challenge the status quo.

The successful candidate for have the ability to work independently and proactively, as well as helping to manage and develop other finance team members.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to;

  • Calculation of our key monthly metrics both financial and non-financial
  • Production of the monthly Management Accounts
  • Preparation of Management Information for the Leadership Team
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the weekly flash reports of revenue
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all postings to the accounting system
  • Approving balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all sales transactions on Salesforce
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Updating the cash forecast
  • Calculating commissions and maintaining commission plans and reports
  • Ad hoc production of reports and analysis of information

  • Part qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent studier
  • Experience of preparing and creating financial reports for management purposes
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Practical knowledge of management accounting and reporting


  • Experience with an IT software support organisation
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Previous experience in managing and developing others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
