Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client who are based on the outskirts of Peterborough are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in finance and receive full training and support from a great mentor.
You will report into the Accounts Payable Manager and the main responsibilities of the role are as follows -
- Input of invoices PO and non PO
- Dealing with supplier telephone calls
- Managing email boxes
- Creation of PO numbers
- Checking of final demand and reminders
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Goods receipting PO's
You must have experience of working in an office environment, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
