Are you an organised Legal Secretary with experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment? Are you an exceptional typist looking to join an organisation where employees are truly valued? We have a lovely opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the Property Finance team within a thriving law firm in Birmingham City Centre.

This firm truly believe in going the extra mile for their clients so a real desire to provide the best customer service will be crucial. You will be providing full secretarial support, ensuring that the everyday secretarial operations flow smoothly in the Property Finance department. On a day to day basis you will be organising diaries and processing documents as well as answering phone calls and providing any other administrative support that may be required by the team.

You will ideally have previous experience within a similar role and environment. A knowledge of Land Registry applications forms and procedures would be advantageous. You will have an amazing eye for detail, especially when it comes to grammar and punctuation, and a real roll your sleeves up style. With a no job too big or too small attitude to your role, you will happily turn your hand to anything that is needed.
