Level: 2.1
Contract: 6 - 12 months secondment
Location: Swindon or Northampton considered
Salary: £28,603 - £36,548 (dependant on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Consultant to support the HR workstream for the high profile relocation of our Commercial division from our Northampton site to locations in Central London and Manchester. This will be a fast paced and diverse role where you will work with a dedicated project team to ensure that all people impacts are managed in the best way for the business and the individuals involved. The role will be intially be for 6 months with a view to extending to 12 months.

A more challenging role

Managing and delivering our internal and external resourcing campaigns involves a host of different responsibilities. You will be supporting the Commercial division's move to its new locations in London and Manchester, in this high profile role you'll work in conjunction with the Resourcing Partner and project team to prepare project plans, advise on resourcing strategies and evaluate campaign performance. It means consulting with internal clients to build a deep understanding of their needs, carrying out research and forging productive relationships with suppliers and consultants. And at every stage, you'll promote best practice.

A more talented person

You must have a strong recruitment background especially within the Commercial and London financial markets and be well-versed in all aspects of the end to end recruitment process including direct sourcing methodologies both online and offline. You'll certainly have maximised budgets and In short, you'll have experience of complex, high-volume resourcing projects. You will have strong analytical skills plus the ability to coach, influence and challenge. You will also need to be flexible to travel as spending time across our different sites is vital such as Northampton, London, Manchester and our Swindon head office.
