Our Client

The firm is an award winning Top 200 UK Law firm with a number of offices across the South West. The work is high value and is both complex and interesting with their training aimed at streamlining work and ensuring that a lot of support and training is given to their employees. Our client puts a lot of emphasis on developing and progressing its existing employees and as a result has been awarded with numerous employee and work environment satisfaction awards. The firm have recently had Partners from Top Tier Central London Law firms join and one of their current Equity Partners was a Trainee with them only 10 years ago.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary that has a solid grounding in Wills and Probate to join a growing and thriving department. You will be working under an exceptionally nice matrimonial Partner of the firm that has 30 years experience in the sector

For a candidate that is seeking to progress, this is a unique firm to join as two of their employees that started out as Secretaries went on to become Legal Assistants and are now studying for their LPC as a consequence of being offered Training Contracts by the firm.

The firm offers a fantastic work/life balance and encourages working smarter, not harder. You will also be joining a very social firm and get the chance to join in in Christmas Parties, Summer Parties, Picnic Days and Fishing days. The offices are modern and spacious and the Partners of the firm enjoy getting to know their employees personally.
