Executive Compensation Consultant
Our client is a leading international HR consultancy based in the City ofLondon. They are seeking an experienced reward or executive compensation consultant to join their fast growing and dynamic team. This role will be a combination of consultancy with existing clients while also allowing business development. Our client is paying between £50,000 and £70,000 as a basic salary.
The role will involve:
-advising clients on executive pay including first hand RemCo interaction
-salary benchmarking/job evaluation/market analysis
-working on executive compensation projects
-composing RemCo papers
-client relationship development
The ideal candidate will have:
-solid reward/executive comp experience
-strong technical skills
-exposure to a consultancy or client facing role
-desire to focus on business development as an aspect of their role.
