Total Reward Manager

Our client is seeking a strong reward professional with good all round knowledge of Compensation policies and practices, ideally within the financial services industry. You will need knowledge of senior executive reward procedure, ideally in the financial services industry, as well as a deep understanding and experience of operating in a dynamic complex, multi-disciplined business environment where change is constant and demanding.

You will need to prove extensive knowledge of pay and compensation related legislation, and be a seasoned practitioner with experience operating at a senior level. Strong IT skills, excellent relationship building skills, and advanced numerical, analytical and problem solving skills will be important too.

This role will contribute to the robust preparation of the annual business unit Reward plan. Alongside the Head of Reward, this role will provide expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including pay, share options, incentive plans and bonuses. You will project manage key reward initiatives, establish and foster effective relationships with business lines, and input to Reward Initiatives when required.

This role is permanent, based in CanaryWharf, and is paying upwards of £90,000 per annum excluding benefits and bonus.
