International Reward Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive, original and dedicated professional to join their International HR Team. With a client group of around 10000 people globally, this role looks after Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, and will hold the title of Reward Manager. This is ideally a permanent position, although our client is willing to accept a contractor to come on board as soon as possible. This position is based in central London and is permanent.

Managing a team of up to ten people, the successful individual will have solid hands on experience as well as a strategic thought process, and a background in reward design. Experience in dealing with complex high bonuses will be an advantage.

If you have had global exposure, that will also stand you in good stead. Our client is ideally seeking an individual with a strong educational background and a CIPD qualification. Excellent communication skills will be vital.

This role will review the current compensation and benefits function, and build a service-oriented mindset within the team. You will provide information, analysis and advice to senior management, and model scenarios for salary and bonus projection.
