Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to cover a maternity leave position ending September 2018. Starting ASAP the role is paying £23,000k pro rata working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Process sales ledger invoices
*Request credit notes within two working days
*Send out invoices and credit notes
*Ensure month end processes are adhered to in accordance with correct dates
*Reconcile the sales ledger control account
*Ensure the sales ledger journals are posted to the sales ledger
*Process sales ledger refunds
*Provide cover for periods of holiday as and when required
*Ensure departmental administration duties are covered and completed
*Maintaining and building good customer relationships

Candidates will ideally be/have:
*Sales ledger experience
*A good knowledge of the Kestrel system is preferred
*Highly motivated
*A desire to succeed
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Competent PC skills
*High attention to detail
