Producing letters of engagement Coordinating with clients throughout the billing phase to minimalise instances of manualCarry out tasking including: rate changes, credit notes, write offsEnsure that the billing and invoice process is compliant with internal formalities and performed in a timely and accurate mannerAd hoc duties where they ariseCandidate Profile
Knowledge of VAT is essentialSelf-motivated and shows initiative Microsoft Office competent Strong communicator (verbal and written)Confident in approaching and communicating with all members of the firmImportant Notice
