My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their friendly
and dynamic marketing team.
Duties include the following:
Manage the day to day upkeep of the CMS and suggest new ideas for its development.
Liase with the Groups appointed Digital Agency to support the delivery of digital projects.
Assist with the transition of coming soon websites to 'live'. Ensuring publishing is timely and meets company best practice.
Ensure developments have up to date relevant content on the website and work with regional Marketing Managers to ensure changes are regular and accurate.
Working with other stake holders within the business to propose and make regular content updates to non-development related content on the website.
Ensure that regional PR companies regularly update the news section of website
Monitor regional activity, analysing data and where possible suggest improvements for design and functionality.
Qualifications, experience and skills
Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate experience in related roles.
Experience working with digital platforms (especially social channels), ideally in a marketing related environment.
Experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, display and social
Knowledge of PPC and SEO
Previous experience of Coins/Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system would be an advantage
Basic HMTL coding skills would be advantageous
Basic Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be beneficial
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work as part of a team, alone and with people of varying levels of seniority
Ability to work to deadline and prioritize workload
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point etc.
