We are currently recruiting for a 6-month contract role in Brackley for a Sales Ledger position, working within the financial services sector.

The Role

As part of a small team, the purpose of the Sales Ledger Assistant will be to process & reconcile all inbound payments within timeframes and deadlines

The Sales Ledger Assistant will have a good understanding of accounts, methodical approach, a high level of accuracy and great initiative

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Ensuring inbound payments are processed on SAPProcess any unidentified receiptsDaily bank account reconciliation. Supplied directly to client for reviewResolving any payment-related queries for customers and internal teamsHandle refund requests, ready for processingAny other ad-hoc department-related tasksSkills & Experience

Minimum of 2 year's experience within an accounts role, ideally with working knowledge of Sales Ledger & payment processingBank reconciliation experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft ExcelWorking experience of SAP desirableMeticulous attention to detailGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentOutgoing verbal communicatorBenefits
