We are looking for a confident individual who has a field of view beyond just the creative design. Someone who possesses strong organisational skills and can deliver design and copy for all print and digital campaigns on numerous projects simultaneously. The role is ideal for someone who has a desire to be involved in playing a key role in executing on our marketing communications and events strategy.
Predominantly this individual will be responsible for creative design of the marketing materials.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing the role is an opportunity to play an influential part in a progressive and growing company and have creative free reign in a small passionate marketing team.
This is a perfect role for an individual who prefers variety and is looking to gain further experience of working in a marketing environment.
Key responsibilities -
Execute briefs for all print and digital media, ensuring there is consistency with the brand essence. This will range from designing webpages, online and offline compatible brochures, event planning and execution, developing email campaigns and much more.
Assisting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects, marketing both new and existing products. This includes assisting with online, digital and social media channels.
Delivering marketing support to all stakeholders both internally and externally with our resellers.
Analyse, review and scrutinise all of the marketing campaigns to understand our successes and where we can continually refine and improve ROI.
Create and manage the distribution of press releases.
Responsible for planning and organising exhibitions with possible attendance at some key events. As our business is global, this will include international travel.

The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, bring energy to the role with a creative passion for design. It’s important to be self-reliant, free thinking and happy to work autonomously based on the plans for the department over the coming 12 months.
The candidate must have previous B2B experience working within a similar environment, be able to assess and prioritise different projects.
Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Someone who can work at pace, under pressure but still retain a sharp eye for detail is key. Working in a global market means that an appreciation for the challenges of cross cultural communications is also important.
