Financial Services Team Leader

Up to £28,000 DOE

Monday - Saturday

Sheffield (close to arena)

CCA Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a brand new name in the contact centre industry in the set up of a business unlike any other - gobeyond! With a strong focus on paving the way in the customer experience space; gobeyond are looking to recruit top talent across Sheffield to grow and develop into real customer service and contact centre specialists.

The Role:

  • You will manage a team of specialist contact centre advisors supporting a large client within the financial services space
  • You will have overall accountability for the quality and efficiency of their communications with customers with strict focus on remaining compliance and in accordance with FCA guidelines
  • You will work on both a group and 1-2-1 basis with your team to deliver regular coaching
  • You will identify and target skill gaps or areas for improvement whilst driving a positive and successful work environment
  • You will carry out monthly 1-2-1 sessions with individual team members to discuss their performance and appraise/develop as necessary
  • You will work toward KPIs with a view to exceed whilst retaining an excellent level of customer satisfaction
  • You will ensure first point resolution is achieved wherever possible with a view to improve efficiencies to aid this

The successful candidate:

  • Will have at least 2 years' of management experience within a contact centre environment
  • Will have a demonstrable background in Financial Services with a clear understanding of FCA regulations
  • Will be experienced carrying out certain HR tasks such as 1-2-1s, regular training and performance management.
