L&D Online Learning Specialist

A well established Law firm based in Manchester City Centre
Your new role
You will be required to undertake the role for 2 months. The main purpose of the role is to look after and maintain the learning management systems. You will support the online e-learning system and monitor and manage the learning mailbox.
You may also be required to assist with the development of change and design within the systems if needed. You will work with the wider HR team to ensure a joined-up approach to online L&D for internal us and support the advent and ongoing development / creation of regular L&D management information with a strong focus on evaluation.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working with LMS systems in part (tatora or moodle would be beneficial) as well as excellent knowledge of microsoft office with a particular focus on word, excel and outlook. You must have strong attention to detail, work well as part of a team and have a want to develop your own skills as well as coaching others. You must be able and comfortable to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and have excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.
Experience in a Legal environment would be beneficial.
