My client a professional organisation who specialise within Conveyancing are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work within their Remortgage department.

The main purpose of the role is to manage a case-load of remortgage cases, ensuring that they are dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally, whilst providing excellent customer service. This is a busy and demanding role and requires someone that is happy to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.

Duties will include:

*Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions.
*Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader.
*Ensure that all inbound and outbound correspondence, telephone calls, faxes and emails are actioned to agreed service standards and to a highly professional level.
*Update the in-house database (case management system).
*Drafting documents.

Essential Skills:

*A good standard of education, grade C's and above in Maths and English is essential
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Good working knowledge of MS Office
*Previous administration/customer service experience
