SF Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk required for the next 2 months with our client in Alfreton, an immediate start is available.

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Processing of purchase invoices in line with our clients process working as part of a team of 3
  • You will ensure account queries are resolved and relevant supporting paperwork is matched and coded on to the accounts system for payment
  • You will set up new supplier accounts and well as reconcile statements, taking responsibility for a set number of supplier accounts

The position is working within a team of Purchase Ledger Clerks reporting in to the Purchase Ledger Manager.

Our client is looking ideally for a candidate with some Purchase Ledger experience as this role is busy and requires you to work with high volumes and multiple supplier accounts however if you have a good background in high volume administrative work and wish to move in to Accounts you may also be considered.
