SF Group are currently recruiting for Billing Administrators to join a professional team based in the South Manchester area.
- Identify chargeable revenue within a strict client timeframe
- Chase down missing labour / material costs / sub-contractor information
- Liaise with operational teams / suppliers
- Calculate costs from evidence provided and to specific contractual requirements
- Submit costs to clients
- Assist with queries / job packs on monthly back end audit reconciliation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Billing experience preferred
- Have analytical / problem solving skills
- Good administration experience
- Be able to work to work to tight deadlines
- Excel Knowledge - Vlookup / Pivot Tables etc.
- Good telephone manner - be able to communicate at a high level
- Be organised - Have a plan to follow up previous requests
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as being able to use own initiative
