An opportunity has arisen for an innovative graduate to join a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion team based in a Leicester Secondary.

As a Behaviour and Inclusion Learning Assistant, you will provide support to students across all key stages to support behaviour through targeted intervention. This role will require good communications skills, as much of the role will be working in partnership with student, members of the inclusion team and sometimes parents. This school particularly promote and want to offer additional support to pupils exhibiting difficulties in mainstream school and those considered most vulnerable.

You will be provided with both training and knowledge to enable you to support vulnerable students. You will deliver targeted intervention to small groups across all key stages in order to promote equality of access to education; your role will develop higher levels of achievement, welfare, attendance management and safeguarding.
