32 ½ Hours p/week

£65 - £75 daily rate

The Brent school is a beautiful, happy place to work with a vibrant and friendly community. The school aims to provide children with hands on support and to provide an outstanding educational experience, they exude academic success without excessive pressure and they prefer an informal approach between pupils and teachers allowing everyone to speak to each other using first names. The school likes to keep a calm, relaxed environment in order to help pupils learn in a healthy environment with minimal stress and pressure. They also adapt to help pupils learn at their own pace, and ensure they take responsibility for planning their own lives. Understanding the importance or trust, creativity and play is also a key essential element for the school.

The pupil you will be supporting has to wear a compression on her leg, and also suffers from fatigue and gets tired often. The role will entail you to help support the pupil in their learning, including when the pupil has to be absent from school or trips, you will still be expected to attend the lesson and make notes for the pupil whilst their away, and help get them up to speed upon their return. You will also be required to meet with the pupil's parent once a week to discuss progress and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a good character, have good organisation skills, be supportive academically and have a great positive attitude. This is an Ideal position for a fresh graduate with child work experience.

Interviews will be held the week after October half term, week commencing 6th November, meaning you will need to be available prior for registration to sort out compliance before attending your interview that week.
