Financial Accountant – Tunbridge Wells
A leading law firm based in Tunbridge Wells are currently looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to manage the firm’s nominal ledger, focusing primarily on month-end processes, accounts payable supervision as well as payroll administration.
As a Financial Accountant you will be responsible for supervising and when necessary carry out all aspects of accounts payable, including reviewing of account coding and payment details. You will be responsible for managing monthly payroll process, inputting required data, liaising with the payroll bureau as well as maintaining internal payroll schedules.
As a Financial Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring pension contribution are processed accurately each month, produce annual P11D and PSA schedules, assist in the completion of annual bonuses as well as the completion of quarterly VAT return.
To be considered for this role, this client is requiring a candidate that has experience of working in a Law firm in a finance department, good knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules as well as excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Outlook and word.
