This job role is based in the Burgess Hill area and in a small friendly office.
Main duties for this role include:
- Checking invoices
- Working out VAT payments
- Processing staff expenses
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Filing invoices and statements
Key skills for this role:
- Great communications skills are essential
- Methodical with a good head for figures
- Experience working within a financial setting previously would be ideal
- Strong IT skills and a previous use of software packages such as Sage, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics and BACS.
This is a permanent role and the hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with free on-site parking. You will have a great package of benefits along with an annual salary of £18,000 p/a.
