Purchase Ledger Clerk
PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK
MY client are currently looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a full time postion based in Bellshill. This would ideally suit a recent graduate or someone with maybe a years experience. You will be working alongside the Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
Previous experience with purchase ledger and sage line 100 are required to be considered for this opportunity.
Monday to Friday
Salary is negotiable depending on experience - £16k - £17k
- set up new clients on accounting system
- Deal and log all incoming invoices needing authorised
- Outstanding invoices which have not been passed for payment
- Processing suppliers payments in line with authorisation
- Reconcile statements and ensuring that any outstanding items are resolved
- All associated accounts administration duties
- Liaise with Purchase Ledger Supervisor and Financial Controller
