Corporate solicitor job in Bristol with leading regional law firm

The role
We're seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE) to join this well regarded Corporate team. Based in the Bristol office, you will have the opportunity to work with companies of varying sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major international organisations, both public and private, on a range of matters, including M&A, JVs, sales and acquisitions and shareholder agreements. You will enjoy top tier work together with an excellent work/life balance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have trained at a reputable national or regional firm and be looking to extend your practise and develop your career within an ambitious, forward-thinking Firm. You will take a high degree of responsibility for the cases you're working on from the outset, with plenty of opportunity for client contact, whilst providing you with a supportive and stimulating team environment.

This is a great opportunity if you're ambitious and eager to make a reputation for yourself in a dynamic area of law. Early career opportunities will be developed from the outset.
