Your new role as a Purchase Ledger Manager will be working for a fantastic, innovative Technology organisation based in the heart of Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team on a permanent based.
Your new role
In your new job as a Purchase Ledger Manager you will have 2 direct reports and your main responsibilities will include the entire purchase ledger process and ensuring that is it accurately maintained whilst all deadlines are being adhered too. You will complete all payment runs, ensure expenses are processed, maintain the purchase order system, ensure all invoices are in line with contracts with suppliers, liaising and building good relationships with suppliers and any other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you must have managerial experience, have at least 2 years purchase ledger experience and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy. Ideally you will have sage experience and must be an intermediate user of excel.
