Accounts Receivable and Payable administrator
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Receivable and Payable Administrator to join a well known government based company in Basingstoke.
This is a temporary position to start work immediately and will be on an ongoing basis for 6 months.
Supporting the provision of an efficient and professional financial management service by undertaking tasks as directed by the Financial Transactions Manager associated with carrying out the transactional processing either within the Accounts payable or Accounts Receivable function. To provide day to day financial support and advice at an operational level to managers. The role ensures that there is sufficient financial control, that value for money is achieved and provides support in the management and application of corporate policies and procedures.
We will be looking for someone who has:
- General finance experience, preferably in AR / credit control
- Ability to work to deadlines / prioritise
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
SAP experience is not essential.
Due to the nature of this role, a high security clearence will need to be processed.
Monday - Friday - 37 Hours per week, 7.4 hours per day = 37hrs pw
Hourly pay - £12.69ph, paid weekly in arrears
