HR Administrator/Co-Ordinator

£23596 + contributory pension, travel concessions, free canteen.

Our client is a catering and logistics company providing catering for passengers on British Airways flights out of Gatwick. They have approximately 360 staff working in food production, service delivery, warehousing and flight preparation and packing.

You must have experience of working in a busy HR function and hold the CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification. We are seeking someone who is dynamic and enthusiastic who can work under pressure; someone who can use their own initiative and experience to challenge existing HR administrative process and can find realistic and time saving solutions. You must be able to work as part of a small team and be able to prioritise workload.

You will be joining a HR team that totals 3 staff and you role will be to ensure that the HR administrative process and procedures are properly managed, monitored and kept up to date as well as 'fit for purpose'. You will also be required to work in a highly secure environment to meet CAA and EU security Regulations and be able to recruit and onboard staff to meet the security criteria. Some other duties include, undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations with managers, induction training and recruitment and selection therefore previous experience in these areas would be helpful.

The HR function is currently going through a transition so this is an excellent opportunity to use your knowledge of HR administration to influence the way the function operation and to work in a professional and dynamic team.
