Nextrasoft Marketing Communications Specialist

Salary: £20,000 - £22,500

Location: Old Knebworth, Hertfordshire

Rostering from Nextrasoft dynamically combines business demand data, with agreed working patterns to produce rosters that improve financial results through the most cost-effective use of employees, whilst minimizing overtime and agency use.

Managing business operations is a complex, labour-intensive task, with numerous, sometimes conflicting objectives needing to be addressed at the same time which makes deploying our projects a challenging but rewarding process.

We now require a Marketing Communications Specialist who can demonstrate their communications skills, creativity and enthusiasm to join our energetic team.

Skills Required:

  • Competent in word and excel
  • Photoshop or knowledge of creative software tools
  • Good written English
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent creative approach to problem solving
  • Up to 2 years experience in a business environment is beneficial
  • A logical approach to problem solving is essential
  • Great customer handling skills are essential.
  • An ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers would be a benefit
  • Comfortable working on own and within a team, willing to learn new skills
  • Full UK driving licence, and use of car to travel to the office recommended

  • Identifying vertical marketing target customers
