Job Title: Campaign Coordinator
Salary: £20,000-25,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Perm, Full time (Monday - Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm)

This is a very exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is confident working to tight deadlines and achieving fantastic results against set KPIs. You will be responsible for running both digital and print campaigns on behalf of the sales teams.

In order to do this, you will need to liaise with various departments, suppliers and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, so you will need first class organisation and communication skills.

    The Job:

  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and briefs of each campaign
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to ensure projects are running smoothly
  • Handle any issues that arise during campaign implementation and communicate this effectively to clients
  • Keep clients updated at all stages during campaign implementation
  • Ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget and within set KPIs
  • Provide reporting on campaign performance and feed this back to managers
  • Skills/experience Required:

  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise heavy workload
  • Organised approach
  • Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Sound IT skills (MS Office - particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Commercial acumen
  • Able to demonstrate delivering campaigns/projects against KPIs
  • Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Double Click for Publishers is highly advantageous
  • Project Management qualification or studying towards is desirable
