Problem and CSI Manager/ Government/ ServiceNow/ ITIL/ CSI/ Continual Service Improvement

My client, a leading Central Government organisation, are looking for a Problem and CSI Manager to join their expanding team based in London. This an initial 6 month rolling contract and its paying up to £500 per day.

The Problem and CSI Manager will focus on driving the continuous improvement of the IT Services and overall customer experience, as well as holding responsibility for delivery of the Problem Management processes, service level reporting and ongoing service assessment.

As part of the role Problem and CSI Manager will be solely responsible for setting up and implementing Problem Management process from scratch it is essential you have previous experience in this field.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience implementing Problem & CSI Management plan from scratch essential
Strong working knowledge of Problem Management
Strong working knowledge of CSI
Solid/robust understanding of IT Services / Technologies within an enterprise environment
Understanding of Core Service Management process lifecycles
ITIL V3 Foundation (ITIL Lifecycle Certifications desired)
Experience with ServiceNow essential
Qualification in ITIL V3 highly desirable
Central Government experience highly desirable
