Fareham College is seeking to appoint a professional Head of Student Services to manage the student journey from enrolment to progression. This position will ensure outstanding customer service to all customers for the department (including internal and external, colleagues, students, apprentices and employers). Allowing the department to achieve a minimum of 95% satisfaction rates from all partners in satisfaction surveys.

Responsible for a range of student services across the College, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

The design, development and management of an integrated College-wide Student Services provision, embracing:

  • Careers Centre
  • Admissions and Progression
  • Student Support and Wellbeing
  • Student Liaison Activities
  • Learner Voice
  • Student Advice Service
  • Reception

The ideal candidate for this post will have exceptional customer service and experience of student services. You must be qualified to level 3 and have at least level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy (or equivalent). You will be self-motivated, high levels of organisational skills, and adaptable.

Hours of Work: Full Time - 37 Hours per Week
