Post 1 (20 Hours) 08:30 - 13:30, Monday - Friday.
Post 2 (15 Hours) 09:00 - 14:00, Monday/Tuesday/Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Adviser to work within their busy Customer Service Centre on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone to provide an exceptional customer experience over the telephone and through their digital channels. This is a role which offers a great deal of variety on a daily basis, assisting their residents and customers with a broad range of enquiries.

The ideal person would be enthusiastic, hardworking, goal focused individual with excellent customer care and communication skills.

They are looking for a strong team player who also has a real sense of fun. Optimistic, with a can do and solutions orientated attitude. This is a rewarding but demanding role, but a role that enables you to really make a difference.

Ideally you will have some form of customer service experience (face to face or telephone based) - this doesn't necessarily have to be in a contact centre / call centre.
