You will help manage, lead and motivate an experienced team of automotive Technicians & Front of House, in a busy, local independent auto centre for repairs, exhausts, MOT testing, engine diagnostics, servicing and much more.
You'll be the driving force behind the success of your team and therefore, you will be a driven and outgoing individual with previous management experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Essential: * A Strong understanding of the automotive industry with commercial awareness. * Manage, motivate & lead a team of Technicians. * Increase Sales and Business Opportunity within a Branch, maximising profitability. * Managing Deadlines, Expectations and Delivery. * Able to multitask effectively to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time. * Must be organised and able to co-ordinate under pressure in a busy environment.
The Candidate: * Able to multitask effectively to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time. * Must be organised and able to co-ordinate under pressure in a busy environment. * IT Literate. * Manage Targets & able to Business Develop. * Team Player Salary and holiday entitlement: Up to £50,000 OTE 29 days' Annual Holiday, including Bank Holidays.
