IT Service Delivery Manager / Service Continuity Manager - ITIL

An experienced IT Service Delivery Manager / Service Continuity Manager is required for a 6 month contract to work with a well-known and globally successful company.
You will be delivering the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) role and performing the activities required to meet the ITIL functions of Service Continuity for the business and its customers
You will be responsible for planning and performing the activities required to meet the ITIL functions
You will contribute to the strategy for the Service area, reviewing longer term cost implications and consequences, identifying efficiencies and driving them through
You will be a key interface with the customer to ensure that requirements and expectations are met.

You will be ITIL v3 Foundation certified as a minimum and have the following skills and experience:

IT Service Delivery Management / Service Continuity Management experience
Knowledge of IT products & services;
Ability to analyse data and designs;
Project management skills;
Developed communication and diplomacy skills - Ability to explain IT Service Continuity Management issues and tests to the customer in language that the customer understands, helping to bring it to life for them.
Strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships.
Technical Experience of engaging with the design and technical teams, so that Service continuity capabilities can be easily understood, gaining clarification as required.
Significant experience in Business Continuity and writing plans
Knowledge of all ISO 20,000 & 27001 standards, in particular ISO22301
