My well established and dynamic client are currently looking for a highly experienced UX / UI Designer / Manager Implementation to support a large scaled transformation programme on a one year fixed term contract.

As the UX/UI Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all UX related activities for the core systems transformation programme.

This position will allow you to influence the business across multiple platforms, translating the business capability requirements into a project roadmap.

The role will involve working closely with a number of Workstream leads and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and recommends user best practice. Innovative techniques to work with the project teams to build the roadmap of product specifications is integral to this role.

The role holder will help to establish and execute the Core Systems UX/UI activities on behalf of the brands which do not have independent capability to do so. This will include best practice and guidance user research, information architecture, design and front-end development

The ideal candidate will be a UX/UI Designer / Manager / Implementation Consultant with experience working on multiple projects within a large scaled transformation programme. You will have a real passion for user experience and designing / building great product. Also, will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence team members at all levels and technical understanding.
