Responsibilities:

This role will focus primarily on building customer renewal campaigns using the Pega Marketing tool. There will be a need to manage and influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams in order to translate business goals into effective campaigns.
• Specify, build, simulate and monitor decision management strategies and offer flows that deliver all outbound and inbound Renewals communications.
• Develop new offers and campaign launches.
• Provide support in defining and assessing Pega Marketing strategy requirements.
• Perform impact analysis on new requirements for Pega Marketing campaigns.
• Implement real-time marketing content and rules into Pega Marketing strategies.
• Perform logic testing, quality assurance and business simulation. Testing covers all outbound communications across multiple channells (Email, SMS, DM and outbound calling).
• Support reporting, monitoring and controls.
• Optimise campaign effectiveness to drive up customer engagement and conversion.
• Implement holistic customer lifecycles and end to end interlinking customer journeys.
• Increase automation and acuracy while optimising the outcome of each customer interaction.
• Ensure channel readiness for NBA deployment or amendments (in particular, building confidence in the contact centre channel so that operatives trust and follow NBA suggestions).
• Identify and iplement opportunities for expantion of NBA activities.
• Working with Busienss Intelligence (BI) to identify the best data sources or to build new atributes to be used in offer targeting logic.

Skills and experience required:

• Significant hands-on experience of decisioning/offer creation and management/NBA functionality in Pega Marketing or similar products.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills, able to inspire and engage others.
• Strong commercial instincts, balancing the long term development of the business with short term tactical requirements.
• Good initiative, follow-through, and prioritisation skills.
• Highly numerate and analytical, with excellent understanding of customer data and databases.
• Ability to work underpressure and to tight deadlines.
