We are recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to work within the Product Marketing Department of a prestigious company based in Yeovil.
Key duties will include:
- Full administrative support service to the Marketing Managers and their associated teams
- Overall Marketing Departmental budget administration for UK and production of monthly budget summaries for the team, including setting up the following years budgets and yearly budget submission documents to finance
- Manage any Marketing Event logistics for Yeovil site visits alongside External Relations and Communications including, security, Wi fi access, tours, venues, hospitality, gifts, photography, set up of IT, cars and escorting external visitors
- Provide the Marketing focal point and manage the external exhibitions and events planning with External Affairs and Communications for all activities
- Raising of purchasing requisitions and the payment of invoices
- Prepare travel arrangements by liaising with Amex for flights, visas, hotels, hire cars, chauffeurs and money as required
- Typing of reports, presentations and other documentation on a regular basis and distributing as required
Candidates must have excellent administrative and communication skills, together with the ability to adapt to all situations. Must have the ability to relate easily and professionally to people at all levels.
