This is an exciting opportunity to join a marketing content creation agency based in North West of England. They operate through 2 brands; One of the world's leading animated explainer video agencies. And a disruptive content creation agency. Through these brands they have worked with 1,000+ clients from 40+ countries.

The role
They are recruiting for an SEO / PPC Manager to help them improve their organic search rankings, paid search ROI and paid social media ROI. Your role will be to manage all aspects of their paid search, paid social and SEO activities.

You will have the support of their creative team who will create the content you require to support tests, experiments and campaigns. Your role will be to set up campaigns, tests and experiments to find new opportunities to generate rankings, traffic and leads.

- Planning and designing the company's paid search, paid social & SEO strategy.
- Creating, testing and optimising paid search and social campaigns including; keyword research, ad copy, landing pages, bidding, audience targeting, budget management & competitor analysis.
- Planning SEO campaigns including keyword research, opportunity analysis, competitor profiling, organising link building, research and data gathering.
- Implement and maintain a system to accurately track the ROI of paid search, paid social and SEO.
- Design & implement regular campaign and landing page tests to improve performance, website conversions & ROI
- Perform SEO (on page and off page) audits and create recommendation documentation for maintenance and improvements.
- Attain and maintain excellent technical on page SEO for company websites.
- Champion SEO best practice to increase traffic and rankings.
- Assist with gap analysis and competitor reviews to identify potential threats and opportunities in the paid search, paid social and SEO landscape.
- Assist with on page conversion rate optimisation tests and implementation.
- Knowledge of coding best practices, creating landing pages, editing titles & meta tags.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news and be proactive in highlighting changes needed to maintain best practice strategy.
- Assist with content marketing & digital influencer outreach activities.
- Monthly strategic reporting and working towards defined KPIs.

- Strong Technical SEO & PPC knowledge with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Google Analytics and Google Adwords certified is desirable.
- Experience of using SEO Analytics tools.
- The ability to prepare SEO and PPC reports.
- Strong analytical knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress and/or other well-known CMS systems.
- Can demonstrate successful SEO techniques and high result placements for a website.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
- Excellent communication.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
